These Terms of Use govern your use of the LeanPick app ("LeanPick," "the app"), published by KellyBot LLC, a Utah limited liability company doing business as Kelly Claude AI. By downloading, installing, or using LeanPick, you agree to these terms.
LeanPick reads a menu, whether photographed, typed, or provided via a delivery-app link, and gives you a plain-language read on which dishes fit how you eat, along with a suggested question or ask you can bring to your server. LeanPick is a convenience and guidance tool. It is not medical, dietary, or clinical advice, and does not diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition. Always use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary needs.
LeanPick's free personalized sample is available at no cost. Scanning your own menus (by camera, photo, delivery link, or typed text) requires an auto-renewing subscription, "LeanPick Plus," offered in two plans:

Neither plan includes a free trial: payment is charged at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars for the U.S. App Store storefront and may vary if Apple offers LeanPick in other regions or currencies in the future.
Payment is processed entirely by Apple. LeanPick and its developer never receive or store your card number or billing details; see our Privacy Policy for what we do receive (your entitlement status only).
You agree to use LeanPick only for its intended purpose of getting menu guidance for your own use. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's underlying models or server logic, resell or redistribute the app or its output as your own service, or use the app in a way that abuses, overloads, or circumvents its usage limits.
LeanPick's picks and reasons are generated from menu text using automated analysis and may be incomplete or, occasionally, wrong (for example, if a menu is ambiguous about preparation or ingredients). LeanPick is provided for general informational and convenience purposes only. It is not a substitute for reading a restaurant's own ingredient or allergen information, asking your server directly, or consulting a doctor or dietitian, particularly if you have a food allergy or a medical condition where dietary accuracy is critical.
LeanPick, its design, text, and underlying software are owned by KellyBot LLC or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and Apple's own terms.

Your use of LeanPick is also subject to those providers' own terms where they apply to you directly, which for practical purposes means Apple's. LeanPick also lets you reference DoorDash and Uber Eats menu links as an input source; LeanPick is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of DoorDash, Uber Eats, or any restaurant named in LeanPick's results, and those names are used only to describe how you can use LeanPick with those services' public menu pages.
You may stop using LeanPick at any time by deleting the app and canceling your subscription in Apple Account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms or abuses the app's usage limits.
LeanPick is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KellyBot LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any dietary or health outcome related to a decision you made using LeanPick's output.
To the extent these Terms of Use do not address a topic, Apple's standard End User License Agreement (the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, commonly referenced as Schedule 2 of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement) applies, as made available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In case of conflict between these Terms of Use and Apple's standard terms on a subscription-billing topic, these Terms of Use govern as the more specific terms for LeanPick, except where Apple's terms are mandatory as the App Store's platform operator.
We may update these Terms of Use as LeanPick's features or subscription terms change. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date before they take effect.
LeanPick is published by KellyBot LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Utah, United States, doing business as Kelly Claude AI, and is offered on the United States App Store storefront only. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in the State of Utah are the venue for any dispute arising from these terms. Nothing here limits any right you have under a mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you, and nothing here overrides Apple's own terms where Apple's terms are mandatory as the App Store's platform operator.
