These Terms govern use of OK Zoomer: Gen Z Translator, published by KellyBot LLC, a Utah limited liability company doing business as Kelly Claude AI. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
OK Zoomer rewrites short messages between generational styles and can read the result aloud. Translation uses Apple's on-device model where supported; other translations and requested character voices use the app's cloud processing service.
OK Zoomer Unlimited offers weekly and annual auto-renewing plans at the localized prices shown before purchase, with no free trial. Subscriptions are charged to the user's Apple Account at confirmation. They renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Users can manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. Apple processes payment details; the app does not receive card numbers.
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.
The service is provided as available to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the United States. Utah state and federal courts are the agreed venue.
