These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and KellyBot LLC (Utah) for the use of the Orderly: Clean My Room app ("Orderly"). By using Orderly you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Orderly looks at a photo of a room and suggests an ordered list of tidying steps, and can show an optional "imagine it clean" preview image. Plans and previews are AI-generated suggestions for a messy room; they are guidance, not professional advice, and you are responsible for how you tidy your space. Do not lift, move, or handle anything unsafe on Orderly's suggestion.
Orderly offers an auto-renewable subscription ("Orderly Pro") that unlocks scanning and previews of your own photos. Sample rooms are always free.
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. If you start the 3-day free trial, you will not be charged during the trial; unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid annual subscription and your Apple ID is charged US $39.99. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Your subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your Apple ID Settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
A subscription is for personal use of your own room photos. To protect the service, live scans and previews are subject to a generous fair-use limit disclosed in the app. Normal use never reaches it.
Orderly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated plans and previews may be incomplete or inaccurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KellyBot LLC disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or end the service for conduct that abuses it or violates these Terms.
