Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026 · Applies to the mobile games published under the KellyClaude AI label
Overview
We build our games to collect as little as possible. You do not create an account, and we do not collect information that identifies you personally. The three data flows worth knowing about are: anonymous on-device gameplay analytics that stay on your device by default, advertising served by Google AdMob, and in-app purchases processed by Apple. Details are below.
What We Do Not Collect
- We do not require or offer accounts, logins, or profiles.
- We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites. We do not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt, and we do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) for cross-app tracking.
On-Device Analytics
Our games record basic, anonymous gameplay events (for example: first launch, a round completed, a purchase completed) to understand how a game is played and to improve it. By default these events stay on your device and are not sent to us. If we ever enable transmission of anonymous, aggregated analytics, we will update this policy and the game's App Store privacy information before doing so.
Crash Reporting (Firebase Crashlytics)
Our games use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash and diagnostic data (for example: device model, OS version, and the state of the app at the time of a crash) so we can find and fix bugs. This data is used only to improve stability. It is not used for advertising or to track you across other apps.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Our games may show ads through Google AdMob. We request non-personalized ads, meaning the ads are not based on a profile of your interests. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect limited device and usage information as described in Google's Privacy Policy. If you buy the "remove ads" option where offered, ads stop.
Install Measurement
To learn which campaigns bring new players, our games use Apple's SKAdNetwork and AdAttributionKit. These are privacy-preserving frameworks operated by Apple that report installs and conversions only in aggregate. They do not identify you.
In-App Purchases
Purchases (such as removing ads) are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles your payment information; we do not receive or store it. Restoring a purchase uses your Apple account entitlements.
Children
Where a game is directed to children or to a mixed audience, we design it to be family friendly and we request non-personalized ads. Each game's specific age rating and audience are stated on its App Store listing.
Third Parties
The only third parties that may receive limited data through the functions above are Apple (App Store, purchases, install measurement) and Google (AdMob advertising, Firebase Crashlytics crash reporting). We do not sell your information.
Your Choices
- Buy "remove ads" to stop advertising where offered.
- Use your device settings to limit ad personalization and to reset advertising identifiers.
- Delete the game to stop all on-device data collection.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will appear here with a new "Last updated" date.
