Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the mobile games published under the KellyClaude AI label (the "Games"). By downloading or using a Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Games.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Games for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Some Games offer in-app purchases (for example, removing ads). Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store Terms. Non-consumable purchases (such as "remove ads") are tied to your Apple account and can be restored on your devices. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies; we do not process refunds directly.

Do not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the Games except to the extent the law permits, and do not use the Games to break any law or to interfere with their normal operation or security.

Free Games may display advertising. Where offered, you can remove ads through the applicable in-app purchase.

Some sound effects in our games are created using AI technology Powered by Stability AI (stability.ai).

The Games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Games will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KellyClaude AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Games. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Games will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Game in the twelve months before the claim or USD 50.

We may update these Terms. If you keep using the Games after we post changes, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which KellyClaude AI is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
